Festival of Sharing Kits

          Casstown will serve again as a Festival of Sharing Depot Sept 4th and 11th from 4-6 PM.  Need volunteers to be at church to receive kits from other churches. The Festival of Sharing is Sept 14th this year. 

          Casstown will be collecting hygiene kits for Festival of Sharing.   Tens of thousands are shipped around the world (and US) each year.

Please include

one hand towel, approx. 15x28" to 16x32", no microfiber

one washcloth

one WIDE tooth comb removed from package  

one fingernail or toenail clipper removed from package

one bath size bar of soap in original package

one toothbrush in original package

10 standard band aids

Place in 1 gallon zip lock bag

no extra items

Processing $2 per kit

(no need to wrap items in towel just put all items in bag)

Kits needs to be in by Sept 8^th.

          If you want to participate in the Hygiene Kit project, but cannot do the shopping, you can donate and we will do the shopping for you.  $15 will cover the kit and the processing fee.  Put your donation in a pink envelope and mark “Hygiene Kit”.
